- Nach der Kochlehre im Albergo Giardino in Ascona verbrachte ich knapp 2 Jahre im Oberengadin (Sils Maria). Doch der Bielersee fehlte mir zu sehr, so dass ich 1996 zurück ins Seeland kam. Danach folgte noch ein kurzer Abstecher nach Wengen (Wintersaison) bevor ich `98 die Ausbildung zum Eidg. Dipl. Hotelier-Restaurateur HF in Angriff nahm. Nach 3 sonnigen Semestern in Thun an der HGF und 2 unvergesslichen Praktikums in Pontresina & Basel erhielt ich im Herbst 2000 das begehrte Diplom. Nach einigen Job-Experimenten bin ich nun in der glücklichen Situation, seit 2005 einen interessanten und abwechslungsreichen Job im BASPO (Restauration) auszuüben und gleichzeitig am Bielersee zu leben.
